Job Summary

We are looking to add a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support and lead daily warehouse operations. This role requires the ability to learn our technology platforms, pull and invoice completed orders, receive product, and assist walk-in customers. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of urgency, takes pride in accuracy, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the in-house computer system to create, process, enter, and invoice orders
  • Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive product from suppliers, check shipments in, and put product away
  • Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed according to company standards and planograms
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to a supervisor
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Assist walk-in customers from start to finish

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to learn and use computer systems and technology
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and move products as required for warehouse and delivery work (50 lbs+)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Forklift operation in a warehouse environment after completion of forklift training

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly starting rate: $22.00+ DOE
