Job Summary
We are looking to add a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support and lead daily warehouse operations. This role requires the ability to learn our technology platforms, pull and invoice completed orders, receive product, and assist walk-in customers. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of urgency, takes pride in accuracy, and works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the in-house computer system to create, process, enter, and invoice orders
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive product from suppliers, check shipments in, and put product away
- Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed according to company standards and planograms
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to a supervisor
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Assist walk-in customers from start to finish
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to learn and use computer systems and technology
- Sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move products as required for warehouse and delivery work (50 lbs+)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Forklift operation in a warehouse environment after completion of forklift training

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly starting rate: $22.00+ DOE
